Ruling on a Widow Leaving the House to the Garden
A woman whose husband has passed away and is adhering to the rules of mourning, is it permissible for her to go out to the garden of the house with her granddaughter, or should she remain inside the house?

I say, and with God's help: The garden of the house is part of the house, so it is permissible to go out to it, and God knows best.
