Reversing the Conditional Divorce
A man swore an oath of divorce to his wife that she would not go to the Quran center, then he retracted and allowed her to go. What are the consequences?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If his oath is not to go at all, then the divorce occurs if she goes, even if he agrees, and God knows best.
