Revealing Hair in Front of a Non-Rational Man
Is it permissible for a woman to uncover her hair in front of a stranger who is 30 years old but has the mind of a five-year-old? Is he considered mentally incapacitated like a madman, and can she reveal herself in front of him?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If this is indeed the case, he is considered to have lost his mind, but there is fear of fitna (temptation) in that, so she should conceal herself, and God knows best.
