Returning the Woman After the Waiting Period
A man divorced his wife while he was traveling, and after the waiting period ended, he said to her: I have returned you to my custody, but she does not want to. When he returns, he will write the contract. Does she become his wife as soon as he says: I have returned you to my custody, or only when he returns and writes the contract?

I say, and with God's help: The wife has the right to return to her husband during the waiting period of a revocable divorce. If the waiting period ends, a new contract and dowry are required, which necessitates the woman's consent. If she does not agree, she can refuse the contract. And God knows best.
