Returning the Divorced Woman on the Condition That He Does Not Touch Her
If a woman is divorced by her husband with the first divorce, and then he takes her back to the marital home after three days on the condition that he does not touch her; just for the sake of raising the children, is this permissible for her?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: As long as she has been returned to him, she is his wife in the full sense, and it is forbidden for him to deny her her rights, including intimacy, and God knows best.
