Retirement and Boycott of a Bad Friend
Two girls have a strong friendship, and based on this friendship, they commit sins together. Recently, one of the girls distanced herself from the other and boycotted her because she disliked the wrongdoings she was being led to. Is this permissible?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is necessary to cut ties with sinners from whom we fear for ourselves due to their companionship. However, if we are able to change and reform them, then the relationship may be to the extent of this reform and nothing more. And God knows best.
