Requesting the Agent for Additional Money Beyond the Cost of the Mandate
A company appointed a person to negotiate with a lawyer to represent them in a certain case. This person agreed with the lawyer on a specific amount and informed the company that the lawyer requested a higher amount than what was agreed upon. Is this increase that he intends to take considered haram?
