I say, and with God's help: If she fears that she will not fulfill the rights of God Almighty and the rights of her husband due to dislike for his creation or other reasons, it is permissible for her to seek divorce and redeem herself by going against it. However, if there is no reason, it is disliked for her to seek divorce, and she should fear sin. Thawban reported that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without any reason, the scent of Paradise is forbidden for her." Narrated by Abu Dawood and Al-Tirmidhi, and it is considered good. And God knows best.
