Request for Commission on Loan Transaction
A man wants to buy a car, and he has an amount of (6000) dinars, and he requested a loan from the army of (1000) dinars, and the repayment will be (1000) dinars, but to process the transaction he must pay an amount of (45) dinars, is this loan halal or haram?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: If what is being paid is merely service expenses, and not interest, and the loan complies with Sharia, then it is permissible, and God knows best.
