What is the ruling if the husband said to his wife: 'You are divorced, first divorce; you are divorced, first divorce; you are divorced, first divorce' exactly in this wording 'repeated three times'? Then he took her back after about half a day?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: it will be a single revocable divorce, and it is permissible to take her back without a contract or dowry; because he intended with the second and third to emphasize, and God knows best.
