Repeated Utterance of Disbelief by the Husband

Question
A woman repeatedly utters disbelief towards her husband after being advised by the Hanafi school to annul the marriage contract. Subsequently, the ruling was based on the fatwas from the country where she and her husband live. The fatwa from their home country was that he should seek forgiveness, perform ablution, pray, and repent. However, this issue keeps recurring, and no one in the household or family agrees with annulling the contract. They all say that seeking forgiveness, repentance, and prayer is enough because Allah is Forgiving and Merciful. The wife is in great distress; what is the solution?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: The contract is dissolved after uttering disbelief; because it is a departure from the religion, and the contract must be renewed. You are obliged to force the husband to go to the mufti to understand the issue and to stop this heinous act. And God knows best.
