Repaying Usurious Debt on Behalf of Others
If someone repays an interest-based loan for another person, do they incur sin, or is it considered a way to relieve burdens and alleviate distress?

I say, and with God's help: It is permissible to assist him in repayment and getting rid of the loan, and God knows best.
