Removing the Hijab in Times of Compulsion
A woman is forced to live in a foreign country due to her husband's presence there, and she faces threats to her life for wearing the hijab, as this country prohibits it. Is she sinful for not wearing the hijab?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: This is not a valid justification for removing the hijab, and you should fear God Almighty, and do not prioritize worldly matters over the Hereafter. And God knows best.
