Reliance on a Doctor for Delivery
There are obstetricians in the hospital, but if someone wants a female doctor, they have to pay an extra amount of money. What should I do in this case? Should I pay the extra amount of more than a hundred dinars and bring her, or should I let the male doctor handle the delivery?

I say, and with God's guidance: It is forbidden to rely on a doctor regarding childbirth, and one must rely on women for that. You should do everything necessary to achieve this, and God knows best.
