Refusal of the Father's Request if it Harms the Son

Question
I own a house that I built for my children, and my father wants me to give an apartment in it to my brother. I refuse, and he insists and insists, while I apologize, and my father gets angry with me. Knowing that this brother is separated but works, and I help him financially, do I have a sin for refusing my father's request?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: This is your property, and you have the right to manage it. If your interest and the interest of your children lie in this house, and giving an apartment in it harms you, it is permissible for you not to pay the brother. You should continue to be dutiful to your father and treat him kindly, and inform him of this harm that affects you. And God knows best.
