Refund of Money upon Breaking off the Engagement
When breaking off the engagement, does the fiancée have to return everything in terms of money and gold or what? And there was no private meeting between them after the marriage contract?

I say, and with God's help: What has been given as gifts in the context of a donation can have what remains of its original form returned, while what has been consumed should not be returned. And God knows best.
