I say, and with God's help: Ghusl (full ritual washing) is required after sexual impurity (janabah), menstruation (hayd), and postpartum bleeding (nifas). Janabah occurs with the ejaculation of semen, and ablution (wudu) is required for pre-seminal fluid (madhi) and prostatic fluid (wadi). And God knows best.
