Realizing the Takbir of Ihram a Moment Before Sunrise
What is the ruling on the Fajr prayer if the worshiper catches the Takbir of Ihram before sunrise and then the sun rises?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to consider the Fajr prayer valid even if some or all of it is performed at sunrise, and God knows best.
