I say, and with God's help: It is unanimously agreed that it is forbidden for a menstruating woman to read the Quran. If she recites a verse, she is not required to prostrate, but it is obligatory for the one who hears her; because she is not obligated to prostrate while she is menstruating. And God knows best.
