Reading the Quran Without Wudu for Those with Excuses
Is it permissible to read the Quran without wudu knowing that I am one of those with excuses?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: Whoever has an excuse must perform ablution for each prayer time, so he will be in a state of purity at all times, and he can then touch the Quran. And God knows best.
