Reading Ruqyah for a Menstruating Woman
Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to recite a Ruqyah that consists entirely of verses from the Quran?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for her to pass it through her heart or mind without uttering it; because the prohibition is on uttering, and God knows best.
