Reading of the Junub for Daily Remembrances
Is it permissible for a Junub to read the daily remembrances or to seek refuge and say Bismillah?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for him to recite the remembrances in their various forms, and it is forbidden for him to read the Quran, and God knows best.
