Raising the Hands in Qunoot
If I pray the Shaf' and Witr behind a Shafi'i imam, should I raise my hands in the Qunoot supplication or not?
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: The hands are raised if you are in a mosque where everyone raises theirs, and if there is fear of fitnah from not raising, then follow the other school in this matter, and Allah knows best.
