Purity of One Who Suffers from Continuous Discharge That Prevents Their Purity

Question
What is the solution for someone who experiences a viscous, whitish discharge during their prayer, or afterwards, or while performing ablution, especially at work where it happens frequently, and it is difficult for them to change their clothes or purify them? What is the ruling on their prayer if the discharge occurs during it?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the conditions of a person with an excuse are met, such that he cannot pray except with an excuse, and he continues to have discharge at every prayer time, even once, then he is considered a person with an excuse, and his prayer is valid despite the presence of this impurity. He is excused for having the impurity on his clothing if it is difficult for him to remove it. And God knows best.
