Purchasing Through Murabaha with Islamic Banks
What is the ruling on taking a loan from an Islamic bank for construction materials knowing that the bank does not own the goods?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible for you to deal with the Islamic bank; because it will buy the goods and sell them to you on a profit margin, and God knows best.
