Proof of Divorce by the Wife's Testimony

Question
A lady filed for divorce in court claiming her divorce was established three times, but she has no witnesses with her, and the judge rejected the case. What should she do, and is the divorce established both outwardly and inwardly?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If the judge rejects the case and you are unable to prove it, then the judge's ruling is binding both outwardly and inwardly, and she remains the wife of her husband, and God knows best.
