Prohibition and Divorce of the Wife
A woman whose husband gave her a phone then took it back from her and prohibited her from taking it again, and now he wants her to take it. Does he have to offer expiation?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If he conditions the divorce on taking her, it is not permissible for her to be taken until the divorce does not occur on her, and he should consult the mufti to ensure the situation, and God knows best.
