I have a brother who has been talking to a girl for three years. They exchange gifts, go out together at midnight, and talk on the phone. The girl wears tight clothing and heavy makeup, and both the father and mother are aware of everything. My mother is a woman who fears God and His Messenger. When she learned about the situation, she spoke to the girl and advised her several times to stay away from my brother. She has tried to punish my brother many times, and now he wants to marry her, but my mother refuses this marriage. Is she sinning by refusing?
