Preventing the Adulterous Wife from Seeing Her Children
Do I have the right to prevent my divorced wife from seeing her children if I am sure that she was an adulteress and that is why I divorced her?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: The right to see the children is a legal right for each parent, and one of them should not prevent the other from that, no matter the excuse, and God knows best.
