Pregnant Woman's Fasting Without Need

Question
A husband forced his pregnant wife to break her fast during Ramadan out of fear for the fetus. On the first day, he forced her to eat in front of him, and on the second day, she pretended to be fasting while she was not, and when he asked her if she had eaten well, she answered positively. When he asked her to eat something in front of him, she made excuses. Days passed until he discovered her fasting, and she resisted him and did not break her fast because she hated breaking it. His coercion was not based on a doctor's request but solely out of the husband's fear. What is the ruling on the day she was forced to break her fast? Is the husband sinful, and what are the consequences?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: A pregnant woman is permitted to break her fast if she fears for herself or her fetus due to fasting. If this is the case, she must break her fast, and the husband has no say in this matter unless signs of harm appear on her or the doctor informs her of it. She must make up for the day she broke her fast, and God knows best.
