Prayer of the One Affected by Phobia
A person suffers from a phobia and is unable to pray, and this situation lasts for days or weeks before they return to normal. Should they repeat the prayers for the past days?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: If he loses his mind, the prayer is lifted from him for the duration of his condition if it exceeds a day and a night. If he does not lose his mind, he remains obligated to the legal rulings. And God knows best.
