Postponement of Cash Exchange for Money of the Same Currency
A person has a 50 dinar note and needs to change it into 5 ten dinar notes, so he gave it to someone for that purpose. However, the other person only gave him 30 dinars because he did not have the full amount with him, and he told him that he would complete the rest after an hour. Is this cash transaction permissible? It is commonly and frequently used in grocery and supply stores.
