Place of the Mourning Woman's Consideration
My aunt's husband passed away and she is now in mourning. She wants to rent another house and move there, and she is not alone as her mother and sisters are with her. Can she do that?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If the house you are in is rented and you want to move to another one for a reason such as high rent, achieving security, or escaping from fitna, it is permissible, and God knows best.
