Performing Umrah on behalf of another

Question
If a person is performing Umrah on behalf of another, how should they specify the intention for the act? Should they just mention the person's name or should they also include the names of their mother and father?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is forbidden to name someone for whom you want to perform Umrah, even if it is individual, as if one says: I have declared the intention for Umrah on behalf of Zaid, and God knows best.
