I say, and with God's help: It is disliked to perform the two rak'ahs of the mosque greeting during the disliked times after the Fajr prayer and the Asr prayer; because they are voluntary prayers, and voluntary prayers are disliked during these times. However, it is not disliked to perform Tawaf during these times, and God knows best.
