Performing the Asr Prayer with the Imam Intending to Make Up the Dhuhr
A person missed the Dhuhr prayer, and then entered the mosque at the time of the Asr prayer, finding the Imam praying the Asr prayer. Is it permissible for him to pray behind the Imam with the intention of making up the Dhuhr prayer, and then pray Asr alone?
