Question
A woman performed the rituals of Hajj, and during the Tawaf of Ifadah, she made ablution but could not find water to wash her feet, so she wiped over a thin sock with the intention of washing her feet in the Sacred Mosque. However, upon her arrival, she performed the Tawaf and forgot about the matter. What is the ruling on this action?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: The Tawaf is valid without minor purity, and she owes a sheep, and God knows best.
