Paying Zakat to the Owner of the Nisab
Is it permissible to give zakat to someone who has the nisab, and is it permissible to give it to a bride who is preparing for her wedding and learning?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: Whoever possesses the threshold of deprivation, zakat is not permissible for him, nor is it permissible for him to take from zakat; because he is not considered poor.
