Paying Zakat to Siblings

Question
There are four daughters whose parents passed away years ago, and they currently live with their older unmarried brother who supports them. His salary is excellent, and he gives each of them (10) riyals, and they are three unemployed. Is it permissible for the brother who supports them to give them from his Zakat money? Also, one of them is unmarried and works and has a salary. Is it permissible for her to give her three unemployed sisters, who live in the same house, from the Zakat?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to give zakat to sisters absolutely if they are poor, even if they live with him, and the giver will receive the reward of zakat and the reward of maintaining family ties. Likewise, zakat is permissible from a sister to her sisters. God knows best.
