Paying Zakat to Offspring
Is it permissible for a mother to give her Zakat to her poor son?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is not permissible to give zakat to one's ancestors and descendants, and her son is one of her descendants, so it is not permissible even if he is poor, and God knows best.
