Paying Zakat on Scrap

Question
How can I calculate Zakat for a scrap yard, knowing that scrap is not calculated and is estimated due to the constantly changing prices weekly or less? The scrap consists of various types of copper, aluminum, heavy iron, and other materials, making it impossible to accurately count the items. Instead, they are estimated by weight and price according to the perspective of the professionals themselves. Additionally, the goods include items that have completed a year, and all the goods are stored in several mixed and unorganized warehouses, making it difficult to determine which items have been held for a year and which have not. I am sure that most of the items in these warehouses are profits and not part of the capital.
Answer
I say, and with Allah's success: It is not a condition for a full year to pass on every item, but rather on the nisab. It is obligatory for you to estimate, through your own effort, the value of the item you have, and to pay zakat on it. And Allah knows best.
