Regarding students of knowledge who have accumulated rent for housing, electricity, and water, should they be paid in cash directly, or is it permissible to pay the amount through a service like e-bills, for example, to ensure the money goes to the intended party?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: If what you want to do is with the consent and permission of the person being praised, then it is permissible; because the permission acts as a proxy for them in this matter, and God knows best.
