Question
A man wants to give his Zakat to his daughter's husband, but the daughter's husband is not religious and he expects that this money will be spent in an unlawful manner. Is it permissible to give the Zakat to his daughter instead of her husband, or to give the Zakat money to his daughter's children instead of her husband?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not permissible to give zakat to sons and daughters and their children, because they are from the branches, and God knows best.
