Paying Zakat al-Fitr to Another Country
Is it permissible to pay Zakat al-Fitr from one country to another due to their severe need?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to give Zakat al-Fitr to another country at the person's discretion if they are in need, and God knows best.
