Paying Zakat al-Fitr for the Sick
Is it permissible to pay Zakat al-Fitr for the sick who are collecting donations from people, as they may have reached the nisab but this money is for treatment?
Answer
I say, and with God's success: It is permissible to give Zakat al-Fitr to the sick if they are poor and do not possess the nisab, and God knows best.
