Paying money to a party other than the designated one
If aid comes for orphans, is it permissible to donate it to others?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is not permissible to donate it to others; because it has entered into their ownership, and it is not valid to donate the property of orphans to anyone. And God knows best.
