Passing the Hand in Wiping Over the Khuff
Is it a requirement to pass the hand when wiping over the khuff? Or is it sufficient for the water to reach with the intention?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is required for water to reach the foot, even without intention, and passing the hand in wiping is a Sunnah and is not a requirement. And God knows best.
