Passing Gas After Wudu and During Prayer

Question
I am a young man with waswasa (obsessive thoughts), and when I go to perform wudu, I spend a long time between the bathroom and the place of wudu because I suffer from frequent passing of gas. Sometimes gas comes out during prayer times, and I can't tell when to hold my wudu to go to prayer. This is where a new problem begins; during prayer, I suffer from severe anxiety, especially while reciting Al-Fatiha, to the point that one of my friends asked me: 'Are you going into battle while reciting Al-Fatiha?' due to the tension that shows on my face during the recitation. This, in turn, leads to losing the wudu that I fought hard to achieve. All of this has led me into a state of depression that resulted in neglecting my prayers, as prayer has turned from a mercy into a nightmare that halts my entire life - due to anxiety and waswasa. What is the solution?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: There is no need for this whispering, and you should learn jurisprudence to get out of it, as it is a result of not knowing the legal rulings. The matter is very easy; it is enough for you to wash the parts of ablution even once without paying attention to anything else. The passing of gas is not considered unless you hear the sound or smell the odor. You should seek help from God Almighty, and God knows best.
