Participation in a Shop Selling Tobacco
Is it permissible for a person to partner with a coffee shop owner who has no connection to selling tobacco? Knowing that the coffee shop owner sells tobacco in his shop, would this income be considered questionable?
Answer
I say, and with God's help: It is strictly prohibited to partner with the shop owner who sells tobacco; because selling tobacco is a vile gain, thus his earnings are vile, and God knows best.
