Part-Time Work

Question
A lady is assigned to work as a part-time lecturer in a university lab, where she writes a detailed report at the end of the semester including the number of hours and lectures, and attaches a record to determine how to account for it from the finance department. However, she is doing extra work such as correcting students' reports and responding to their inquiries. Is she entitled to add this time to her hours record, especially since this effort is outside of working hours?
Answer
I say, and with God's guidance: It is known in universities that such efforts are not counted; only lectures are counted. Therefore, it should not be written unless the university counts such efforts, so writing it would not be misleading or deceptive. And God knows best.
